Marc Blum
Marc is responsible for the management and leasing of 620 N Lasalle located in the heart of the River North neighborhood in Chicago. His 30 plus years of experience includes the leasing and managing all types of commercial and residential real estate. In addition, he has extensive experience in construction for both ground up and the renovation of existing properties. Marc is also the president and Chief Operating Officer of Next Realty, LLC. His responsibilities include acquisition and dispositions, property and asset management, leasing of all portfolio properties, as well as partnership and financial structuring and reporting.
Marc holds a bachelor's degree in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and a masters degree in Real Estate Investment from New York University. His prior working experience includes being a Vice President of Acquisitions for Klaff Realty, Senior Property Manager at Sanzari Enterprises and Senior Asset Manager for Ocwen Financial Corporation and Ocwen Investment Corporation.
